Jennifer Uribe is a Senior Associate Attorney with Christman | Daniell Attorneys, where she focuses her practice on family law, while also handling civil litigation and business and corporate matters. Jennifer is known for her empathetic yet strategic approach—balancing compassion with clear, results-driven advocacy for her clients.

Before joining Christman | Daniell Attorneys, Jennifer practiced at two respected law firms in North Texas, where she represented clients in complex family and civil litigation matters. Her experience spans high-conflict custody disputes, property division, enforcements, and premarital and postmarital agreements, as well as broader civil and corporate cases requiring strong negotiation and courtroom skill.

Jennifer earned her Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 2019, where she developed a passion for family law and client advocacy. As a student attorney with the W.W. Caruth Child Advocacy Clinic, she represented children in the care of the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services—an experience that shaped her dedication to helping families navigate difficult transitions with integrity and understanding. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Texas at Arlington, graduating magna cum laude, where she gained insight into human behavior and the emotional complexities often present in family law matters.

Jennifer approaches each case with empathy, strategy, and precision. Her ability to view matters from multiple perspectives allows her to anticipate challenges, develop creative solutions, and adjust her approach to achieve the best possible outcome for her clients. She believes that effective representation requires not only legal skill, but also humanity and genuine care—values that define her practice every day.

Jennifer is a member of the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Texas, as well as the Denton County Bar Association and the Collin County Bar Association. She has been recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America (2023–2025) for Family Law, Mediation, and Arbitration, and as a Best Lawyer in America (2026). She has also been named a Texas Super Lawyers Rising Star (2024–2025).

A lifelong North Texan, Jennifer grew up in the area and remains dedicated to serving her community. She and her husband—high school sweethearts from Flower Mound—now call Denton County home, where they are raising their three children.
