Biography
Clarissa Christman has been involved with the firm since its inception and serves as Chief Operating Officer. In this role, she oversees operations and business functions, creating the infrastructure, discipline, and strategic momentum necessary to support the firm’s attorneys, clients, and long-term growth.
With a distinguished record of building and leading high-performing offices and teams in the title industry, including serving as Area Vice President and Director of Public Relations, Clarissa brings extensive experience in operational leadership, strategic development, and brand positioning. Her background uniquely equips her to strengthen the firm’s internal structure while thoughtfully guiding its outward-facing growth and reputation in the community.
Clarissa’s philanthropic journey began in her teenage years mentoring young girls through the Boys & Girls Club and has since spanned more than three decades of sustained community involvement and leadership. She has served in leadership roles for several nonprofit organizations, advocating for women who are victims of sex trafficking, raising awareness for Type 1 Diabetes, and supporting crisis housing and family assistance initiatives. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Serve Denton. Additional service includes founding Board member of Restored Hope and Grace Like Rain, Board member of the Young Men’s Service League and local ambassador for T1D Breakthrough. In addition to her nonprofit service, Clarissa founded Moms with Purpose, a mentorship group created to support mothers raising young children and the Argyle T1D Group, uniting families of children diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes along with mobilizing the Argyle community to raise significant charitable contributions for T1D Breakthrough. She has served as a home group leader, recovery program mentor and leader, and mentored teenage girls and single mothers during pivotal seasons of life.
A graduate of Texas A&M University, Clarissa earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Education in 1995. She spent eight years teaching and coaching high school students in Texas, Virginia, and Alabama before devoting seventeen years to raising her and Drew’s boys as a full-time mother.
Outside of her professional and philanthropic work, Clarissa enjoys spending time with her husband, Drew, and their adult children, as well as fashion, art, cooking, and gardening.
