To that end, Christman | Daniell Attorneys PLLC is excited to announce our recent merger with Ramsey & Foster, PC. Our name is Christman | Daniell Attorneys now, but while our firm name may have changed, our service will never falter.
This merger only strengthens our resolve and gives us invaluable resources to better serve our client’s ever-evolving needs.
Why this merger is so important to our future
Independently, the Christman firm and Ramsey & Foster firm have enjoyed significant and strategic success over the years. In turn, we’ve each become known among our respective client bases for honesty, practical legal advice, compassion, and solution-oriented results. We merge these offices to add more top-notch partners, new division chiefs, and a more extensive support staff.
Our practice divisions are:
- Family and Probate: Emily Daniell (Division Chief)
- Real Estate: Mikyle Margetis (Division Chief)
- Civil Litigation and Business/Corporate: Clint Phillips (Division Chief)
- Estate Planning: Tom Owens (Division Chief)
- Title Transactions at Providence Fee Office: Steve Ramsey (Division Chief)
Drew Christman is presently serving as the firm’s Managing Partner and will support each division in a strategic capacity. Drew has also joined the leadership team of Providence Title Company, one of the largest independent title agencies in Texas under founder Dan Foster. Mr. Christman recently became a shareholder of the company, along with the four other officers/shareholders, and now serves as its new Chief Executive Officer.
Meanwhile, Dan Foster joins the law firm as its Senior Partner with more than 38 years of experience in litigation, property law, and title.
We look forward to strengthening our relationship with clients as we begin this new venture.
